How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by going to Settings > Security and clicking "Update Password".
You'll need to enter your current password to make the change.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Plan & Billing and click "Manage Subscription". From there you can
cancel or modify your subscription. You'll still have access until the end of your billing period.
Can I export my budget data?
Yes! When viewing a budget, click the "Export CSV" button in the toolbar to download
your budget data (income, bills, debts, and goals) as a CSV file.
How does the debt snowball calculator work?
The debt snowball method focuses on paying off your smallest debts first while making
minimum payments on larger ones. Once a small debt is paid off, you roll that payment
into the next smallest debt. This creates momentum (like a snowball) as you pay off debts faster.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is stored
securely and we never share it with third parties. We also don't have access to your
actual bank accounts - you enter all data manually for maximum security.
